Responsibilities:
• Manage programmes to improve post-sales annuity revenue, profit and MIF retention
• Analyse performance trends, identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on post-sales dynamics and reporting tools
• Lead cross-functional collaboration (sales, delivery, finance, CE)
• Support implementation of annuity programmes and ensure compliance
• Oversee governance, communication and loss management process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in a similar position
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence at all levels and manage complex programmes
• Fluent in English and French
