Services Description (main tasks to be performed)

As a member of the One Workplace team, you take end-to-end responsibility for delivering projects contributing to the standardization target of the AXA Group. These projects might be related to One Workplace Strategic Program, IT refresh objectives, Product Evolution or unconnected projects requested and funded by AXA entities around the globe. As transversal project manager you will coordinate deliverables provided by technical teams from different product families and support-departments. Depending on the size of the project(s) you will manage 1 to 4 projects in parallel.

Deliverables

  • Effort estimates of expected deliverables
  • Itemized project plan(s) (WBS)
  • Progress tracking and reports
  • Risks & Issues reporting

Mandatory Technical & Functional expertise

  • Senior Project management with Minimum 3 years in IT operations or IT consulting focusing on Workplace
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and Team-player
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders across an international footprint
  • Ability to interact with technical experts and with process owners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Technical & Functional expertise

  • Experience with workplace infrastructure solutions
  • Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
