Principales responsabilités :

  • Le/La PMO Gouvernance & Pilotage assure la structuration, la coordination et le suivi global des projets et des initiatives stratégiques de l'organisation. Il/Elle joue un rôle central dans la gouvernance, l'alignement des directions, le pilotage de la performance et le soutien au Comité de Direction, dans une logique d'amélioration continue.
  • 1. Gouvernance
  • Mettre en place et faire évoluer les dispositifs de gouvernance des projets et programmes.
  • Définir les règles, processus et instances de pilotage (comités, circuits de décision, reporting).
  • Garantir l'alignement des projets avec la stratégie globale de l'organisation.
  • Assurer la conformité aux standards, méthodes et bonnes pratiques de gestion de projets.
  • 2. Coordination entre les directions
  • Assurer la coordination transverse entre les différentes directions impliquées dans les projets.
  • Faciliter la communication, la collaboration et l'arbitrage entre les parties prenantes.
  • Identifier et anticiper les points de blocage ou risques organisationnels.
  • 3. Suivi stratégique
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets stratégiques et leur contribution aux objectifs de l'organisation.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et tableaux de bord stratégiques.
  • Analyser les écarts, risques et opportunités, et proposer des actions correctives.
  • 4. Pilotage global
  • Consolider la vision globale du portefeuille projets (planning, budget, ressources, priorités).
  • Assurer le reporting périodique à la Direction Générale et au Comité de Direction.
  • Contribuer à la priorisation et à l'arbitrage des projets et initiatives.
  • 5. Amélioration continue
  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration des processus de pilotage et de gouvernance.
  • Capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience (REX) projets.
  • Proposer et déployer des méthodes, outils et bonnes pratiques (PMO, Agile, Lean, etc.).
  • 6. Soutien au Comité de Direction
  • Préparer les supports de pilotage stratégique et les dossiers décisionnels.
  • Assurer le suivi des décisions prises en Comité de Direction.
  • Jouer un rôle de conseil auprès de la Direction sur les enjeux de pilotage et de transformation.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac+5 en management, ingénierie, gestion de projets, organisation ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée 3 à 7 ans en PMO, pilotage stratégique, gouvernance de projets ou fonctions similaires.
  • Expérience dans des environnements multi-projets et transverses appréciée.

Compétences clés :

  • Excellente maîtrise des outils et méthodes de gestion de projets et de portefeuilles.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de reporting.
  • Forte capacité de coordination et de communication avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et orientation résultats.
  • Esprit stratégique et force de proposition.
