| YOUR CHALLENGE?

  • Analysis of customer and project requirements
  • Management of engineering and manufacturing activities
  • Coordination of internal and external change orders
  • Supervision and coordination of subcontractors
  • Stakeholder management and on-site coordination
  • Management of contractual and technical documentation
  • Collaboration with cross-functional project teams

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Mid to senior level professional with 5+ years of experience
  • Background in EPC projects, Oil & Gas, or Energy
  • Proven experience in Project Management or Site Management
  • Fluency in
    Arabic is mandatory
  • Proficiency in at least one
    European language
    : English, French, Italian, or German
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure site environments

Note
: The project values strong intercultural communication skills and experience working with local subcontractors and multicultural teams. Profiles from neighboring countries with Arabic and European language proficiency are particularly encouraged to apply.
