We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Project Manager Customer Loyalty Blueprint to take on the following responsibilities :
Lead the Customer Loyalty Blueprint initiative aimed at harmonizing customer loyalty metrics and processes across multiple regions.
Align stakeholders on a common definition of customer loyalty and related KPIs.
Collaborate closely with data, marketing, and IT teams to ensure reliable cross-referencing of customer data within the Data Lake environment.
Finalize business requirements and contribute to the definition of the global customer loyalty framework.
Update and validate the business case, prepare reports, and present progress and next steps to project steering committees.
Ensure alignment with global data governance standards and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Profile required
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, BI/CRM Consultant, or Data Project Lead in an international environment.
Proven experience managing data-driven or customer-centric projects (customer loyalty, CRM, analytics, marketing intelligence, etc.).
Previous exposure to automotive, aerospace, or technology industries is a strong asset.
