Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter for cosmetic products to join our dynamic team in Rabat, Morocco. As a Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of beauty products while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Actively engage with customers to promote and demonstrate cosmetic products
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and proper usage
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product line and stay updated on beauty industry trends
  • Create visually appealing product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized
  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations based on customer needs
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking products as needed
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and passion for cosmetics and skincare
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in demonstrating and applying makeup and skincare products
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty-related certifications are advantageous
