Une agence de voyage premium, pionnière dans la conception d'aventures sur mesure et d'activités outdoor exclusives au Maroc, recherche son/sa Sales Manager B2B passionné(e) par la création de partenariats durables et la valorisation d'un art de vivre authentique, entre émotion, élégance et aventure.
Missions principales :
- Développer le portefeuille corporate & MICE (entreprises, agences événementielles, institutions, hôtels partenaires…).
- Concevoir et présenter des programmes sur mesure adaptés aux besoins des clients (team buildings, incentives, expériences exclusives…).
- Piloter le cycle commercial complet : prospection, négociation, closing et suivi post-prestation.
- Assurer un reporting régulier et contribuer à la définition de la stratégie de croissance commerciale.
- Élaborer une stratégie de prospection ciblée pour positionner l'agence comme référence des expériences outdoor premium.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir une exécution fluide et hautement qualitative des expériences.
Profil recherché :
- 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en vente B2B dans le secteur du tourisme expérientiel, du MICE ou du luxe lifestyle.
- Formation supérieure en commerce, hôtellerie, tourisme ou management.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais et de l'arabe.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, goût du terrain et sens affûté du relationnel.
