Job Summary:
We are looking for a
hands-on, autonomous, and motivated Sales Manager
to take ownership of our sales strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our B2B sales efforts targeting
offline and online travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and local tourism actors
. You will be in charge of developing partnerships, generating leads, and driving bookings across all sales channels.
This is the
first sales hire
, so you must be strategic and execution-oriented. You will spend a large portion of your time in the field meeting potential partners, building relationships, and representing our brand with energy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales strategy & Execution
- Design and implement the B2B sales strategy from scratch.
- Identify and prioritize potential partners (travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, hostels, shops, etc.).
- Establish partnerships with both offline and online players in the tourism industry.
- Set clear KPIs, report weekly on progress, and adjust plans to meet or exceed targets.
Business Development
- Actively prospect and pitch our services to new partners across key cities.
- Travel frequently (primarily between Marrakech, Agadir, and surrounding areas) to build an on-the-ground network.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, tourism events, and networking opportunities.
- Travel frequently to oversee regional operations, conduct audits, and foster strong partnerships
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with signed partners and ensure they are well supported.
- Follow up on bookings, satisfaction, and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to improve partner offers and visibility.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship
management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and developing business growth plans
- Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed
sales targets
, and track sales metrics effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in a sales management role, ideally in a relevant industry like tourism, sales, or hospitality
- Self-starter
with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Languages:
Fluent in Arabic/Darija,
English, French, Darija
