Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in El Jadida for a Head of Commercial. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's commercial strategies in alignment with its objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing business planning, analyzing market trends, managing commercial operations, and leading a high-performing team. The role requires close collaboration with finance and other departments to drive growth and maintain financial stability.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Commercial Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and strategic problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated success in Team Management and leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance and financial management principles
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
