Nous recrutons une Assistante Business Development Poste basé à Casablanca. Rattaché(e) au Business Development Manager, vous avez pour mission assurer un support administratif et organisationnel à l'équipe Business Development ainsi qu'un support commercial afin d'apporter une réponse optimale aux demandes des clients.
Role And Responsibilities

  • Assure le traitement des demandes clients : demandes d'informations liées au produit (spécificités techniques, échantillons, demandes qualité, nouveaux produits,…), aux données commerciales (ex : établissement des offres commerciales), au capacitaire de production pour les offres catalogue,…
  • Mobilise, le cas échéant, les entités et services concernés.
  • Assure le suivi de ces demandes.
  • Réceptionne les commandes ouvertes et les valide de manière autonome.
  • Assure la mise au tarif des pièces et leur mise à jour en fonction de la politique prix.
  • Gère l'envoi des échantillons, est responsable du stock échantillons
  • Assure la gestion administrative des commandes, en lien avec l'ADV et le controlling
  • Contribue à la mise à jour des bases de données clients et produits
  • Assure le suivi des indicateurs du Business development

Education And Experience
De formation Bac+3 ou équivalent en commerce et marketing, avec une expérience au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine automobile.

Skills

  • Vous savez travailler en autonomie, avec dynamisme, rigueur et organisation, vous êtes fiable, et faites preuve d'initiative..
  • Maitrise du Pack Office, SAP.
  • Maitrise de la langue française et anglaise à l'écrit et l'orale
