Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive company growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, managing customer accounts, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs, while monitoring market trends and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in business development and client acquisition
- Market research, strategic planning, and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of CRM tools and business management systems
- Leadership and team collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with software solutions or experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Fluency in English, and French or Arabic is critical
