What are we looking for?

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and support our customer marketing initiatives. This role will help drive customer engagement, advocacy, and retention while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of customer marketing campaigns, including email communications, webinars, and customer events.

• Assist in developing and maintaining customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

• Help manage and update customer reference programs and advocacy initiatives.

• Support customer segmentation efforts and assist in targeted marketing campaigns.

• Track and report on customer marketing metrics and campaign performance.

• Assist in organizing customer events, workshops, and webinars.

• Help maintain customer marketing content and collateral.

• Support the customer newsletter program and other regular communications.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback.

• Help identify and nurture potential customer advocates.

What do you bring?

• Master degree ideally in Marketing and/or Digital Communication;

• Previous experience, at least one year working in digital marketing, communications, or marketing agency.

• Complete fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, you are a perfectionist with writing and editorial skills.

• Highly organized, autonomous with attention to detail, quick learner.

• Great at communicating and has the ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally with external and internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales.

• You are able to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing campaigns across clients. You want to join a young, dynamic structure where you can have a real impact.
