Nous recherchons un(e) Agent Financier / Comptable rigoureux(se) et fiable pour rejoindre notre équipe au Maroc. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience solide en comptabilité, reporting financier, fiscalité et gestion des opérations financières quotidiennes dans un contexte local marocain.

Responsabilités principales

  • Effectuer la comptabilité quotidienne : factures, paiements, rapprochements, comptes fournisseurs et clients.

  • Préparer les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels conformément aux normes comptables marocaines.

  • Assurer la conformité fiscale (TVA, IS, IR, taxes sur salaires, etc.).

  • Gérer la paie et collaborer avec le département RH.

  • Élaborer des prévisions de trésorerie, budgets et analyses financières régulières.

  • Participer aux audits internes et externes et préparer la documentation nécessaire.

  • Assurer la coordination avec les banques, les experts-comptables et les autorités locales.

  • Fournir un soutien financier aux décisions stratégiques de la direction.

Profil recherché

  • Licence en Comptabilité, Finance ou domaine similaire.

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou finance au Maroc.

  • Maîtrise des normes comptables marocaines et de la réglementation fiscale locale.

  • Compétence dans l'utilisation de logiciels comptables (Sage, Odoo, SAP, etc.).

  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils d'analyse financière.

  • Maîtrise du français ; bon niveau d'anglais requis. L'arabe est un atout.

  • Sens du détail, éthique professionnelle et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

Finance Officer (Morocco)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer to join our team in Morocco. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and daily financial operations within the Moroccan business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, including AP/AR, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Moroccan accounting standards.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, payroll tax, etc.).

  • Manage payroll calculations and coordinate with HR on employee-related financial matters.

  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, budget reports, and financial analyses.

  • Assist in internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.

  • Maintain communication with banks, external accountants, and local authorities.

  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant working experience in Morocco.

  • Solid knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards and tax regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Odoo, SAP, or similar).

  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

  • Fluent in French; good command of English required. Arabic is a plus.

  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
