Tasks

Gestion Stratégique :

  • Analyse des performances de campagne et recommandations d'optimisation

  • Suivi des KPI et analyse des tendances sur tous les programmes de rétention

  • Mesure du ROI et validation des études de cas

  • Gestion de la relation client et communication avec les parties prenantes

  • Développement de stratégies de rétention à long terme alignées avec les objectifs commerciaux

  • Collaboration transversale avec les équipes marketing, ventes et produit

Excellence Opérationnelle :

  • Surveillance quotidienne des campagnes et ajustements de performance en temps réel

  • Supervision de l'assurance qualité et de la conformité des processus

  • Coaching et programmes de développement des performances des agents

  • Identification et mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques

  • Optimisation des flux de travail et gestion de l'allocation des ressources

  • Gestion des escalades et protocoles de résolution des problèmes

Fonctions Analytiques :

  • Analyse de données et génération d'insights pour l'amélioration des programmes

  • Coordination des tests A/B et analyse des résultats

  • Benchmarking concurrentiel et analyse des tendances du marché

  • Reporting et présentation aux parties prenantes clients

  • Segmentation client et analyse des modèles comportementaux

  • Modélisation prédictive pour la prévention du churn et les prévisions de rétention

Requirements

  • Langues Requises :
    Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral)

  • Langue Appréciée :
    La maîtrise de l'allemand serait un atout

  • Solides compétences analytiques avec maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données

  • Expérience avec les systèmes CRM et les plateformes de marketing de rétention

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation

  • Capacités de gestion de projet et attention aux détails
