𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Ensure all changes follow agreed processes and procedures.

Maintain accurate change records in ServiceNow instance.

Lead and participate in change management meetings, including CABs.

Manage escalated or high-risk changes, ensuring workflows remain compliant.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to secure timely approvals.

Produce clear, actionable change management reports.

Oversee post-implementation reviews for significant changes.

Identify and suggest process improvements.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Minimum 3 years of experience in change management (coordinator or manager role).

Strong understanding of IT operations in large, complex, global organizations.

Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

ITIL certification (or willingness to achieve it as part of your development plan).
