driven, creative, high-potential interns
to join our Design & Product Development team.

THE ROLE

As a
Fashion Design, Tech Pack & Pattern Development Intern
, you will support the creation of next-generation activewear products—from initial sketches to production-ready patterns. You will work directly with our founder and senior designers to prototype premium fabrics, refine silhouettes, and elevate ENVEE's luxury look and feel.

This internship is ideal for motivated design students or recent graduates who want to gain real industry experience inside a fast-scaling global brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design & Concept Development

  • Create design sketches and digital drawings for activewear and performance apparel.
  • Assist in mood boards, color palettes, and theme concepts for each collection.
  • Contribute fresh ideas aligned with ENVEE's luxury identity and athletic performance standards.

2. Tech Pack Creation

  • Build detailed, production-ready tech packs including:
  • measurements
  • construction details
  • stitching and seam specifications
  • labeling & trims
  • fabric and accessory components
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure accuracy and clarity for manufacturing.

3. Pattern Making & Sewing

  • Draft manual or digital patterns for leggings, bras, tops, shorts, and accessories.
  • Support sample development (cutting, sewing, fitting sessions).
  • Make adjustments based on real-time feedback from athletes and fit models.

4. Collaboration

  • Work with the founder, sourcing team, suppliers, and athletes to improve product functionality.
  • Participate in weekly design reviews and sample evaluation meetings.

5. Research & Innovation

  • Analyze global trends in sportswear, luxury fashion, seamless technology, and performance fabrics.
  • Benchmark leading competitors and propose improvements for ENVEE's designs.
  • Support testing and documentation of new materials and fabric blends.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills

  • Strong drawing and garment illustration skills (hand or digital).
  • Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
  • Experience with sewing machines and sample creation.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for precision.

Preferred Tools

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • CLO3D / Browzwear (optional but a plus)
  • Photoshop
  • AutoCAD for patterns (optional)

Mindset & Personality

  • Hungry to grow, learn, and contribute creatively.
  • Passionate about sportswear, fitness, and luxury design.
  • Strong ownership mentality—able to deliver high-quality work independently.
