Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recrutons un HSE Manager pour renforcer notre dispositif Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement.
Missions principales :
En tant que HSE Manager, vous serez responsable du pilotage et du déploiement de la stratégie HSE au niveau du siège et des différentes entités de l'enseigne. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la politique HSE de Marjane Holding.
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations nationales et internationales (HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, normes environnementales).
- Identifier, évaluer et maîtriser les risques liés à la sécurité des collaborateurs, des clients et des infrastructures.
- Superviser les audits internes et accompagner les inspections externes.
- Élaborer et suivre les plans d'action correctifs et préventifs.
- Développer et suivre les indicateurs de performance HSE.
- Piloter les formations et sensibilisations des équipes pour renforcer la culture HSE.
- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue des pratiques HSE au sein du groupe.
Profil recherché :
- Bac +5 en Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée (5 à 7 ans minimum) dans une fonction HSE, idéalement dans la grande distribution, l'agroalimentaire ou la logistique.
- Maîtrise des normes et réglementations HSE (HACCP, sécurité au travail, environnement).
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de diagnostic et de prise de décision.
- Leadership et aptitude à fédérer les équipes autour des enjeux HSE.
