Le Groupe A.LAZRAK recrute un(e) responsable des Ressources Humaines – Casablanca.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre fonction Ressources Humaines, le Groupe A.LAZRAK recrute un(e) responsable RH pour accompagner la croissance du Groupe et contribuer activement au développement de nos équipes.

Vous disposez d'une première expérience de 4 ans au sein d'un département RH dans une multinationale et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement structuré, exigeant et en constante évolution ? Cette opportunité est faite pour vous.

Vos principales missions :

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle RH, notamment :

  • Participation au processus de recrutement et à l'intégration des collaborateurs (onboarding, suivi de la période d'adaptation)

  • Gestion administrative du personnel : contrats, dossiers individuels, attestations, absences

  • Gestion de la paie (Salaires, contrôles, déclarations sociales)

  • Suivi des assurances du personnel (affiliations, sinistres, attestations)

  • Suivi des actions de formation et du développement des compétences

  • Gestion du pointage et des timesheets

  • Contrôle et validation des notes de frais et ordres de mission

  • Contribution à la communication interne RH (annonces, newsletters, actions internes)

  • Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus RH et à l'accompagnement des managers

Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou équivalent

  • Première expérience de 4 ans réussie au sein d'un service RH dans une multinationale

  • Sens de la confidentialité, rigueur, organisation et excellent relationnel

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
