RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter un #CHARGE du #DEVELOPPEMENT des #RESSOURCES #HUMAINES.

  • Missions :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la politique et le plan de recrutement ;

  • Assurer l'exécution des actions de recrutement ;
  • Assurer le coaching et l'intégration des nouvelles recrues ;
  • Assister les collaborateurs et managers dans l'établissement des objectifs semestriels ;
  • Administrer les modules recrutement et développement RH sous Zoho ;
  • Assurer les entretiens d'orientation annuels avec des collaborateurs ;
  • Établir les plans d'évolution de carrière des collaborateurs ;
  • Organiser et superviser la bonne exécution du processus d'évaluation semestriel ;
  • Assurer le suivi du budget en matière de gestion RH ;
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations de formation du personnel ;
  • Réaliser les études prévisionnelles en matière de RH ;
  • Évaluer le moral des collaborateurs et anticiper les baisses de motivation ;
  • Conseiller et accompagner les collaborateurs et les responsables ;
  • Conseiller dans la gestion des relations sociales ;
  • Réaliser le reportings mensuel auprès de la hiérarchie.

  • Formation initiale : BAC+5 en RH

  • Expérience : Au moins 1 année probante dans un poste équivalent

  • Savoir-être : Une personne

  • Discrète/Confidente ;
  • Rigoureuse & Persuasive ;
  • Diplomate ;

  • Organisée.

  • Savoir-faire : Une personne qui sait

  • Maitriser la réglementation des ressources humaines ;
  • Maitriser le management des entreprises & des ressources humaines ;
  • Conduire des entretiens & Coacher
  • Maîtriser les outils de bureautique ;
  • Maîtriser la langue FR & AR (Écris & Parlé).
