Nous recherchons un(e) employé(e) Food & Beverage motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous aurez pour mission principale d'assurer un service de qualité auprès de nos clients, en garantissant leur satisfaction tout au long de leur expérience dans notre établissement.
Missions principales :
- Accueillir, conseiller et servir les clients (boissons et restauration).
- Assurer la mise en place et le débarrassage des tables.
- Préparer et servir les boissons selon les standards établis.
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de la salle et du bar.
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
- Contribuer à une ambiance conviviale et professionnelle.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme en hôtellerie-restauration (CAP, BEP ou équivalent) exigé.
- Expérience de 2 ans en service restauration .
- Bonne présentation et excellent sens du service client.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise de la langue française (oral et écrit).
- Connaissance de base en anglais (appréciée si clientèle internationale).
