Role:
Team Leader

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and support the Dispatch and Universal Agent teams to achieve service and operational goals

Monitor team performance, set targets, and drive continuous improvement

Provide guidance and resolve escalated customer issues across call, chat, and email

Coordinate training sessions and foster a culture of learning and growth

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards

Collaborate with management to forecast resource needs and optimize workflows

Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports

What We're Looking For
2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Fluency in
Dutch and English
, both written and spoken

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Ability to handle pressure, manage escalations, and boost team performance

Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
