About the Role:
Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via live chat, phone, and email.
- Resolve queries and issues regarding products, platforms, and promotions.
- Address feedback and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data accurately.
- Assist with departmental documentation and translation of announcements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.
