Mission :
- Assister les Directeur de Division, chef de produit et commerciaux dans toutes les facettes de l'activité Marketing et commerciale en veillant à la génération de leads, préparant les offres et documents associés; et assurant l'interface téléphonique avec les clients.
- Traiter et suivre les commandes clients jusqu'à réception de la marchandise chez le client et la facturation.
- Prendre en charge toutes activités jugées nécessaires pour faciliter le travail de la force de vente CT, et la satisfaction des clients.
Activités principales :
- Veiller à la génération et l'adminsitration des lead pour les commerciaux du service.
- Répondre ou assurer la réponse aux demandes des clients (informations techniques et commerciales) reçues par téléphone, courrier, fax ou mail.
- En étroite relation avec l'équipe commerciale, rédiger les offres ou compléments d'offres
- Gérer le parc marchine sur le marché.
- Rédiger les accusés de réception des commandes standard, après avoir contrôlé les clauses générales et particulières d'achat et leur conformité à l'offre commerciale. En cas de déviation, contacter le Directeur de Division.
- Suivre les délais, et coordonner la passation des commandes usines, livraisons et transport avec le département logistique.
- Suivre les commandes livrées, tant aux plans interne qu'externe
- Prendre en charge toute tache additionnelle en relation avec le job et qui peut avoir un impact positif sur l'activité commerciale du département.
Formation/Savoir faire :
- Formation à dominante Marketing, commerciale ou gestion des ventes (ou équivalent issu de l'expérience).
- Anglais : bonne maîtrise générale
- IT : Microsoft Pack Office, logiciels utilisés dans la société
- Capacité à comprendre, utiliser les informations techniques de base relatives à nos produits.
Savoir être :
- Excellent contact commercial et téléphonique
- Bon esprit d'équipe
- Rigueur administrative
