The position is available within our Customer Services Department for Cegid HR, which includes both technical and functional teams dedicated to client support, guidance, and satisfaction for our Talentsoft HCM (Human Capital Management) solution.

You will work in a cutting-edge technological environment and collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams. The responsibilities offered will help you develop both your technical and functional skills, while encouraging knowledge sharing and a collaborative spirit.

The position is to be filled within our Customer Services Cegid HR department, which brings together technical and functional teams dedicated to support, guidance, and customer satisfaction for our Talentsoft HRIS solution.

You will work in a cutting-edge technological environment and collaborate daily with multidisciplinary technical teams. The tasks and work organization are conducive to the acquisition and development of your skills and encourage knowledge sharing among colleagues.

Profil
  • You have development knowledge in one or more of the following: C#, PHP, JavaScript.
  • You also have experience with databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
  • You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Professional English is required for this position.
  • You have additional skills in one or more of the following areas: full-stack development, web service APIs, frontend, ETL, security, job scheduling, mobile applications…
  • Effective communication: You possess excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into terms understandable by clients and colleagues. Active listening is essential to accurately understand clients' issues and expectations, ensuring clear and productive exchanges.

  • You have an analytical and critical mindset, capable of quickly identifying the root causes of incidents and proposing appropriate solutions.

  • You are able to manage stress effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The ability to prioritize tasks ensures quality service even in high-pressure situations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
