Role Overview
We are looking for
Arabic-speaking Fashion & Lifestyle Buyers
with a strong passion for vibrant, experiential, and trend-driven retail. The ideal candidates will bring fresh perspectives from the UAE market, coupled with an understanding of Saudi Arabia's neo-classical lifestyle trends and evolving consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend-Driven Buying:
Identify and source products that reflect global trends, local preferences, and the vibrant lifestyle of Saudi consumers. - Assortment Planning:
Develop range plans, buying plans, and OTB strategies to achieve commercial goals. - Commercial Decision-Making:
Apply buying fundamentals, including margin management, MOQ, sell-through, and inventory turnover. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Planning, and Operations to ensure alignment on product launches and campaigns. - Market Insights:
Leverage social media, trend analysis, and consumer behavior insights to make informed buying decisions. - Performance Goals:
Drive sell-through rates, maintain healthy margins, and optimize inventory ageing.
Qualifications & Profile
- Experience:
3–4 years as a Fashion/Lifestyle Buyer in the UAE market. - Skills:
Strong understanding of evolving trends, consumer preferences, and commercial buying logic. - Personality:
Social media savvy, creative, and commercially driven. - Lifestyle Awareness:
Strong influence from Saudi Arabia's emerging neo-classical lifestyle.
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Salary:
SAR 12,000/month. - Private health insurance.
- 21 business days paid annual vacation, including flight tickets.
- Employment terms are compliant with the Saudi Labour Law.
