• Assist in setting up banquet rooms according to event orders and specifications (tables, chairs, linen, tableware, decorations, etc.).
• Ensure all set ups are ready before service, including polishing cutlery, glassware, and setting up service stations.
• Support in food and beverage service during banquets and events, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Attend pre-function briefings to understand event details, special requests, and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Handle equipment carefully and report any damages or shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel policy.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests at all times.
• Cooperate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
