Accounts Payable Associate – Morocco (On-site, U.S. Hours)

Type: Full-time | On-site | Schedule: Aligns with U.S. business hours

Role: Process vendor invoices, match POs, prepare payments, and keep A/P records accurate and audit-ready.

Key duties:

Receive, verify, code, and match invoices to POs; resolve discrepancies

Prepare payment runs; reconcile vendor statements

Maintain and update A/P records in the accounting system

Process and verify employee expense reports (policy & coding compliance)

Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and colleagues

Support month-end; maintain organized digital files

Any other task relevant to the position

Requirements:

Diploma (minimum BAC+2) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in finance, billing, or A/P roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, QuickBooks, or similar

Proficient English (written/spoken); French is a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, ability to meet deadlines and confidential

Strong numerical and data entry skills
