Vos missions clés

  • Création designs publicitaire : Conception de visuels pour campagnes Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display, etc.
  • Contenus réseaux sociaux : Réalisation de carrousels, stories, reels et vidéos courtes au service de la notoriété et de la conversion.
  • Identité visuelle & branding : Création et déclinaison de chartes graphiques pour nos clients et projets interne.
  • Optimisation conversion : Adapter chaque visuel aux formats, audiences et objectifs publicitaires.
  • Veille créative : Être à l'affût des tendances graphiques, publicitaires et social media pour maintenir un haut niveau d'innovation.

Compétences & exigences

  • Expérience (1 an minimum) en design graphique, de préférence en agence marketing / publicité digitale.
  • Maîtrise avancée : Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere Pro, Canva
  • Connaissances des outils de conception assistée par intelligence artificielle (Nano Banana, MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.) et capacité à intégrer l'IA dans les processus créatifs pour optimiser la production graphique.
  • Connaissances en marketing digital : Compréhension des mécaniques de conversion et de l'impact du design dans la performance des campagnes.
  • Créativité orientée conversion : Savoir allier esthétique et efficacité publicitaire.
  • Organisation & rigueur : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle, avec respect des deadlines.
  • Culture visuelle internationale et capacité à s'adapter aux codes créatifs de marchés variés.

  • Capable de travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome sur la production.
  • Force de proposition pour améliorer la qualité visuelle et l'efficacité des campagnes clients.
