We are seeking a dynamic and visionary
Senior HR Manager
to lead our Moroccan operations. This role goes beyond administration; it's about cultivating culture, empowering people, and driving high performance across diverse teams.

Role Purpose

Build and lead a high-performing HR function that strengthens our organizational culture, drives talent acquisition, develops employees, ensures compliance, and enables operational excellence across all departments.

What You'll Do

Talent Magnet

  • Lead recruitment and acquisition efforts to attract top talent across all functions.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to position Natural Clinic as a top choice for professionals.

Culture Builder

  • Create and sustain a positive workplace culture fostering collaboration, transparency, and inclusion.
  • Implement engagement programs that drive employee satisfaction and retention.

Performance Driver

  • Develop frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and improve individual and team performance.
  • Implement performance management systems, feedback loops, and recognition programs.

Growth Champion

  • Identify training needs and launch learning initiatives for continuous development.
  • Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives.

Compliance Guardian

  • Ensure alignment with Moroccan labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Manage contracts, policies, and HR procedures in line with legal and corporate standards.

Trusted Partner

  • Manage HR operations including payroll, contracts, reporting, and administration.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, ideally in Call Center / Telesales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and multicultural team management.
  • Fluency in
    Arabic, French, and English
    .
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in international or cross-cultural healthcare organizations.
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
