Director / Senior Director - Social & Digital Strategy

We're looking for a senior strategic leader to manage and grow a large portfolio of fast-scaling clients in a dynamic, high-performance environment. This role is designed for experienced leaders who want impact, autonomy, and long-term career growth, while working in conditions that support sustainable performance at a senior level.
The Role:
As a senior leader, you will own the strategic direction, performance, and growth of a diverse client portfolio. You'll operate at the intersection of marketing strategy, digital distribution, and team leadership, guiding clients through rapid growth while benefiting from an environment built for senior decision-makers.
You'll be a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, a leader to internal teams, and a key contributor to the evolution of our strategic offering.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and oversee a large portfolio of high-growth clients, ensuring strategic consistency, quality, and measurable impact.
• Define and drive social media, digital, and distribution strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, advising on growth, positioning, audience development, and platform strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and scale teams of strategists, community managers, and client leads.
• Balance strategic vision with operational execution in a fast-paced but well-structured environment.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal leadership, sales, and delivery teams with clear decision-making frameworks and realistic timelines.
• Oversee performance, reporting, and optimization across the portfolio.
Who You Are
• A senior digital or social strategy leader with extensive experience managing complex, multi-client portfolios.
• Comfortable operating at scale across industries, platforms, and growth stages.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams without burnout-driven management styles.
• Strategic, structured, and outcome-focused, with a strong understanding of digital distribution and performance.
• Confidently engaging senior stakeholders and building long-term client partnerships.
• Energized by growth and complexity, but values clarity, trust, and autonomy in how work gets done.
