We are a renowned cosmetic company, "Intelligence Cosmetique Groupe," dedicated to innovation and excellence. With a diversified product portfolio and a reputation for integrity and quality, we are looking for a talented "Marketing Art Director" to join our dynamic team.
Job Description- Creative Strategy: Design and implement impactful creative campaigns in alignment with the brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Artistic Management: Oversee the visual creation of all marketing materials, including packaging, advertisements, videos, and digital content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Trend and Innovation: Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the cosmetic industry to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a creative team, encouraging excellence and collaboration.
- Proven experience as an Art Director in the cosmetic or similar industry.
- In-depth understanding of cosmetic market trends.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Education: Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Creativity: Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Project Management: Experience in marketing project management, from concept to execution.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- French professional proficiency is a must.
