We are a renowned cosmetic company, "Intelligence Cosmetique Groupe," dedicated to innovation and excellence. With a diversified product portfolio and a reputation for integrity and quality, we are looking for a talented "Marketing Art Director" to join our dynamic team.

Job Description
  • Creative Strategy: Design and implement impactful creative campaigns in alignment with the brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Artistic Management: Oversee the visual creation of all marketing materials, including packaging, advertisements, videos, and digital content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Trend and Innovation: Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the cosmetic industry to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a creative team, encouraging excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Art Director in the cosmetic or similar industry.
  • In-depth understanding of cosmetic market trends.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Education: Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Project Management: Experience in marketing project management, from concept to execution.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • French professional proficiency is a must.
