Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Set appointments and manage hand-offs to Account Executives for closing opportunities
- Stay informed on Leyton's services (R&D tax credits, grants, and innovation funding) to communicate value to prospects
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Track activities and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and confidently engage with clients
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and appointment setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within a sales team
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or consulting roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in
English, French, or German.
