Missions principales

Vous serez en charge de la gestion opérationnelle et documentaire liée aux escales des navires, en assurant la conformité des procédures et le respect des délais.

Vos principales responsabilités:

· Création du navire sur la plateforme PORTNET.

· Établissement et gestion des documents relatifs à l'escale (Avis d'Arrivée, Bons de Commandes, DAP, demandes de débarquement et réembarquement).

· Préparation et enregistrement des déclarations sommaires (manifestes Import/Export).

· Émission et traitement des Bons à Délivrer (BAD), établissement des B/L selon instructions documentaires, et envoi électronique via Portnet.

· Suivi des paiements : édition des fiches de liquidation non réglées et préparation des règlements.

· Gestion documentaire liée à la sortie en ville des conteneurs vides.

· Préparation et suivi des demandes de ristournes sur droits de port pour les lignes régulières.

· Suivi des rectifications de manifeste auprès de l'ADII.

· Établissement et dépôt des déclarations de droits de port sur marchandises via Portnet.

Profil recherché

· Bac+3 en Déclaration en Douane, Commerce International, Transport & Logistique ou formation équivalente.

· Expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur maritime.

· Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des plateformes de gestion documentaire (notamment Portnet).

· Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.

· Sens de la rigueur, de la précision et capacité à travailler dans le respect des délais.
