We're seeking a driven individual with a passion for education and a desire for continuous learning and development to promote our education services, and assist the student with the admission process, essay writing, proofreading and offering valuable advice on university and career opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging presentations to large and small audiences, both in person and virtually.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team from Morocco and beyond.
• Identify and qualify potential leads nurturing them through the sales funnel
• Utilize various communication channels, such as email, phone, social medial and in-person meeting to engage with leads
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
• Maintain strong relationships and interactive conversations with clients addressing their needs and concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective clients and convey the value of our educational service
• Fluency in both French and English
• Proven experience in public speaking or customer service
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
