We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team in Casablanca as an Office Coordinator. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone passionate about education, skilled in customer relations, and eager to promote world-class learning opportunities in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the Casablanca office.

• Manage resources, schedules, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functionality.

Student and Parent Support:

• Welcome and assist students and their parents, providing detailed consultations about studying in Finland.

• Explain services, programs, admission processes, and the Finnish education system.

Outreach and Promotion:

• Make organized visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Morocco to promote Finnish partner universities.

• Organize events, workshops, and presentations to attract prospective students.

• Represent Apprentis Global Education at fairs, exhibitions, and other educational events.

• Manage
  social media
  advertising efforts, creating engaging content and campaigns to raise awareness.

• Oversee offline promotional activities, such as distributing marketing materials and coordinating with local organizations.

Application and Administrative Assistance:

• Guide students through the application and admission processes, including document preparation and submission.

• Offer advice and assistance with immigration procedures.

Customer Relations:

• Address questions and concerns from students and parents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Foster strong relationships with local schools, counselors, and educational partners.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, business, international relations, or similar).

• Experience in education consulting, student counseling, or a similar role.

Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Social media management and content creation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is essential.

• Knowledge of Finnish and Moroccan educational systems is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

• Passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.

• Willingness to travel locally for school visits and promotional activities.

What We Offer

• A base salary of 4,000 MAD, plus performance-based bonuses of 1,000 MAD for each student who is successfully admitted and has completed their tuition payment.
