Recruitment Internship – Discover Your Future in Talent Acquisition

Are you passionate about people and eager to gain experience in an international environment? This internship offers the perfect opportunity to explore the world of recruitment within a global context. You will join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and ownership while learning what it takes to attract and engage top talent across markets.

What You Will Do

  • Create and publish engaging job postings across different platforms
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Review applications and assist with first-round interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates
  • Keep the applicant tracking system organized and pipelines up to date
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Support the team with reporting, analytics, and market research

What We Are Looking For

  • You are studying or have recently graduated in HR, Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Organized, communicative, and eager to learn
  • Genuinely interested in recruitment and enjoy connecting with people
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, or Excel is a plus, but not essential
