Junior Recruiter – Kickstart Your Career in Talent Acquisition
Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international talent acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers and candidates across multiple markets. This is the perfect opportunity to grow into a trusted recruitment advisor while building strong business and stakeholder management skills.
Your Role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for selected roles — from crafting job descriptions to extending offers
- Proactively source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Screen candidates and lead structured first-round interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and pipelines organized
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events
- Share market insights and contribute to continuous process improvements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (internships included)
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset and genuine passion for people and talent development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, or sourcing techniques is a plus

Pay: 4,500.00DH - 8,000.00DH per month
