Für unser internationales Wachstum suchen wir ab sofort motivierte Call Agents, die uns beim Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Neukunden
- Vorstellung unserer Dienstleistungen/Produkte am Telefon
- Terminierung von Gesprächen und Weiterleitung an unser Sales-Team
- Pflege und Dokumentation der Kundendaten im CRM-System
- Nachfassen von Leads und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Dein Profil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
- Erfahrung im telefonischen Verkauf oder in der Terminvereinbarung
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und eine angenehme, überzeugende Stimme
- Selbstbewusstes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Motivation, Ziele zu erreichen
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten sowie Zuverlässigkeit im Home-Office
- Grundlegende PC- und Internetkenntnisse
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Kundentypen
- Wohnsitz in Rabat oder Casablanca bevorzugt
