We are looking for

Customer Service & Production Planning Analyst

at one of our locations inFit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:

  • Customer demand follow-up for all orders transmitted via EDI connection and via email:
  • Weekly follow up of customer orders (EDI receipt on time with correct figures)
  • Export EDI data from the system.
  • Check EDI data, ensure its consistency & alert customers and PAM colleagues in case of discrepancies.
  • Customer EDI analysis and negotiation:
  • Ensure the EDI fluctuation analysis each week to detect the deviation made by customer (increase/ decrease/ cancellation).
  • Negotiate with customer delivery dates & minimum required quantities in case of backlog (based on plant capacity or in case of advanced shipment)
  • Negotiate with customer costs to be paid due to (obsoletes, special freight, fluctuation...
  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company's products.
  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

  • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

  • Bac + 5 Logistics and International transportation Engineering Management

  • Knowledge & control of all Supply Chain links
  • Knowledge of logistics system concepts, tools and methods
  • Knowledge of the concepts, tools & methods of logistics system (SAP, EDI, MRP calculation, ...)
  • Computer skills (Excel, Power point, Word…)
  • Knowledge of root cause detection tools & methods & problem solving (PDCA,5WHY, 5M, 8D, QRQC, AC, brainstorming…)
  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical spirit
  • Spirit of synthesis
