We are currently looking for a
Sales Assistant (French-speaking)
to support the sales team with
appointment setting
.
Main Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Exclusively schedule appointments for the sales team
- Qualify prospects according to defined criteria
- Achieve a daily call volume of 50 to 60 calls
- Update information in the CRM / tracking tools
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent spoken French (mandatory)
- Comfortable on the phone, energetic, with a clear and structured pitch
- Serious, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Note: Call center experience is an asset, but this role is
focused on sales prospecting
, not a call center function.
