What You Will Do:
- Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
- Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
- Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
- Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
- Attentive to details
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Previous experience working with a luxury brand
