The main responsibilities are:
- Plan, schedule, and optimize transportation (road, sea, air) to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Monitor shipments and manage delivery timelines.
- Arrange special shipment and follow deliveries.
- Ensure all import and export activities comply with local and international customs regulations.
- Prepare, verify, and submit customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Monitor changes in customs laws, duties, and trade agreements.
- Coordinate document flow between suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate shipping and customs records.
- Support internal departments with customs and transport-related advice.
- Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, customs holds, or documentation errors.
