Customer Support & Admin Assistant
to join our team in Kenitra. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with users to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist users in resolving issues and answering questions
- Communicate with users via WhatsApp and social media platforms
- Help acquire new accounts and support user onboarding
- Meet with new customers when needed
- Handle general administrative tasks and support the team as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in
Arabic, English, and French - Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for professional communication
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Customer-oriented mindset
