  • Role Overview :

  • The Supply Chain Manager oversees all logistics, procurement, and inventory operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable product flow from suppliers to customers. The role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution to optimize sourcing, warehousing, distribution, and fleet management in support of the company's beverage manufacturing activities.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with production and sales goals. Plan inventory levels, optimize processes, and drive cost efficiencies. Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Procurement & Supplier Management:

Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and services. Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure quality and delivery standards. Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Warehousing & Inventory:

Oversee warehouse operations and stock accuracy. Implement effective inventory control systems and optimize storage. Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure product availability.
- Distribution & Logistics:

Supervise transport planning, fleet utilization, and delivery schedules. Optimize routes to reduce cost and improve service quality. Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations.
- Leadership:

Lead and coach the supply chain team across procurement, warehouse, and logistics. Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Key Qualifications :

  • Education:

Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience:

3– 5 years in supply chain or logistics, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Skills:

Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership abilities; ERP knowledge (Odoo preferred); fluent in French and English.
