Key Responsibilities

  • Transport coordination with different parties for pick up and deliveries.
  • Booking management with airlines, consolidations.
  • Customs procedures.
  • Documentation (AWB, Manifest, etc.).
  • Pre alert posting or acceptation,
  • Documentation (AWB, etc.)
  • Operational finance (Customer Invoicing, supplier invoices)
  • System updates (Airfreight TMS).
  • Proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage, organize, and control all the steps of an AIR shipment
  • Determining efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another
  • Be able to request, then negotiate, freight quotations to include details such as freight capacities, packing dimensions and weights, coding, etc.
  • Comprehend the full range of freight forwarding services: order management, brokerage, monitor and control services, cost optimization, etc.

We are looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Casablanca
  • Knowledge on Airfreight shipments and operations from various Moroccan airport
  • Excellent communication skills (Mail, phone, meetings)
  • Relationship building skills, both with customers but also internal stakeholders.
  • With the ability to handle multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment, you will be able to work under time restrictions with a sense of urgency to deliver to a high standard.
  • As a collaborative, customer-focused individual, you will continuously strive to achieve results and deliver and excellent customer experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Office Pack
  • A collaborative, team player motivated by achieving results, and accustomed to high performance KPIs
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Ability to be flexible when needed
