We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Premier Account Manager to manage and maintain customer facing product pages across digital platforms.

This role ensures product listings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards, while also supporting customer inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and improve the online experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing.
  • Support customer calls and inquiries related to product listings and page content.
  • Maintain and update product listings across internal and external systems.
  • Ensure consistency in product titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility and search performance.
  • Identify and resolve listing errors, ensuring compliance with platform and brand guidelines.
  • Implement enhanced content and branding elements to improve user engagement.
  • Monitor customer pages for performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product catalog or digital content management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and content management systems.
  • Hands on experience managing large scale product data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
