Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager. Located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently
- Prior experience in sales or related field is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
