MISSION GENERALE

Achat et gestion de l'ensemble des
flux des MP et PF à l'import
vers les sites de production.

S'assure de l'achat et l'approvisionnement des matières premières et PF lié au portefeuille local et import, en temps et forme correcte pour un ou plusieurs sites, en suivant les processus établis, avec la qualité, quantité et le délai spécifié.

MISSIONS ET ACTIVITES

Procurement

Gérer les différentes phases du processus des achats d'une catégorie d'articles en local ou à l'import

Identifier les opportunités et anticiper les risques du processus achats

Répondre aux besoins du client interne en termes de qualité et de quantité

Piloter les achats avec les indicateurs de performance selon la stratégie de l'entreprise.

Approvisionnement des besoins

Gérer et planifier les flux physiques avec les fournisseurs locaux des MP et PF conformément à la politique d'approvisionnement en vigueur dans l'entreprise.

Supervise la planification des commandes d'approvisionnement et de réapprovisionnement (fréquence et dates d'émission des ordres d'approvisionnement).

Détermine les quantités de commandes (calcul des quantités à approvisionner).

Coordination end to end du processus d'approvisionnement Import par:

  • Réunion de coordination avec les fournisseurs étrangers.
  • Alignement avec les Achats groupe
  • Réunion de coordination avec les clients internes

Gestion des coûts

Optimiser les coûts des achats.

Contribuer à l'optimisation du Working Capital en évitant les surstocks ou les ruptures de stocks en disposant du juste nécessaire.

Performance et KPI's

Suivi des performances et actions correctives de l'achat et l'approvisionnement des MP et PF à l'import.

Mettre en place des indicateurs clés et de tableaux de bord pour mesurer la performance des actions menées : choix des fournisseurs, prix d'achats, réalisation des plans d'enlèvement, délais de livraison, taux de disponibilité, logistique des transports à l'import...

S'assurer du respect des délais et de la fiabilité du fournisseur.

QSE

Respecter les exigences QSE

Être responsable de l'application et du respect des procédures, modes opératoires, instructions et règles QHSSE et SDA.

Informer son responsable hiérarchique et le MQSE site de toutes les anomalies QSE constatées et contribuer à leur élimination.

Participer aux audits internes et externes QSE.

Utiliser les moyens de sécurité mis à sa disposition.

Assurer la saisie des données qualité sur l'outil ENACT selon le plan de contrôle sur son poste et en respectant les modes opératoires des contrôles.

COMPETENCES POUR TENIR LE POSTE

Qualifications requises :

BAC + 5 / Diplôme universitaire

Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum
