Role Objective

As the
Supply Chain Leader
, you will be responsible for the
end-to-end management, optimization, and development of the supply chain
, from production planning and procurement to logistics, warehousing, and customs compliance. Your mission will be to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a high-quality, safety-focused manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the supply chain team at the Morocco greenfield site
  • Supervise procurement, SQA, production planning, logistics, and warehousing operations
  • Monitor team performance, assign tasks, and take action on any process deviations
  • Collaborate closely with the Plant Director to solve daily challenges and anticipate supply chain risks
  • Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes and create operating procedures
  • Manage ERP master data related to materials, warehousing, and transport
  • Oversee demand planning and production scheduling
  • Ensure material availability and optimize stock rotation
  • Lead supplier management activities: negotiations, contract enforcement, quality issues, and corrective plans
  • Supervise customs clearance, ensure compliance with international trade regulations
  • Plan and optimize inbound/outbound transportation (domestic and international)
  • Track KPIs, monitor process bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
  • Represent the company in front of customers, suppliers, and auditors
  • Support team training and development initiatives
  • Lead cost optimization and lean initiatives within the supply chain area


Requirements

  • University degree in
    Logistics, Management, or Economics
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
    (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Experience in greenfield or start-up projects is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), WMS, and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills, risk management, and process improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in
    English
    (French is a strong asset)
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
