We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Leader to join our new greenfield project in Morocco within the locomotive rolling stock industry. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a major industrial investment, contributing from the ground up to the launch and ramp-up of a modern manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building and leading the production team, setting up operational processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient production from day one.
What you'll do
Active participation in the greenfield setup phase – from layout planning to equipment installation and team formation
Lead and supervise daily production operations in line with project timelines and quality expectations
Build, train, and develop a high-performing production team
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards across all operations
Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement culture
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)
Monitor production KPIs and drive actions to meet operational targets
Support industrialization and process optimization initiatives specific to railway rolling stock production

What we are looking for
- Industrial, mechanical, Elecrical Engineer from big school ( ENSEM, ENSAM, EMI, Equivalent)
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a production leadership role within a manufacturing very structured environment
- Prior involvement in greenfield projects or new plant/line launches is highly desirable
- Industry background in Automotive, railway, or heavy industrial equipment manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
- Fluent in English
